My stay was very good on a road trip. the units are a nice size and were beautifully decorated with rose petals, which added a lovely touch. the staff were highly competent and attentive. the location is great and convenient, making it easy to reach both Zagreb and Dubrovnik.

Marvellous location very close to the airport, great restaurants in the local area. Outstanding & ideal unit with jacuzzi.

it's a truly exceptional hotel, the staff are very attentive and the breakfast is satisfactory. the standard triple room is modern and has an electronic key card, a work desk, and satellite tv. the atmosphere of the property is elegant. excellent service, they provide a private parking and free wi-fi.

I had a wonderful stay during my road trip. the restaurant offered a delightful breakfast, and we enjoyed some great dishes. the location was peaceful, and the staff were incredibly helpful! This hotel is situated in a lovely area, and we truly loved our time here.

Helpful staff. Comfort and clean rooms. Price acceptable.
I selected that hotel because of its close location for my business. It's a bit far from Zagreb. Nothing for tourists in the surrounding area. I tried three types of credit cards but finally I couldn't pay by any credit card! Have some cash on you:-)

On your website it has got 4 stars, but the hotel is 3 starts!!! The hotel staff was neither friendly nor helpfull. The room was not very clean. The parking place was unacceptable...etc.

This place is just a short walk from the city center, on the outskirts of Zagreb, with easy access to both Zagreb and Dubrovnik, the room was beautiful and absolutely perfect.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The breakfast spread was nice as well.
Too bad this hotel, like so many other hotels, advertises wireless internet but the signal is only available in the lobby. Very disappointed to not have internet in my room since it is my top priority for a hotel. Also, Google Earth the location. The location outside doesn't match the nice interior.

They upgraded us to better room
Room not clean, small bottle with bath soap was half empty, it means has not been changed after previous guest !! We didnt get baby cot , because "room service was not available" - at 8pm in 4 star hotel ...

Really nice hotel with great spa possibilities (sauna...), and with excelent food in hotel restaurant - for hotel guests is there 50% discount for everything!
Really, really far away from Zagreb, but this hotel is not tourist, but for a few days staying because of some business trip it is great choice.
